Colleen has more than 20 years of fundraising and nonprofit management experience. She has worked for Habitat for Humanity, served as regional director for the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and was most recently the executive director for Westerville Education Foundation. 

Colleen has given her time and talent to the boards for various organizations including Community, Refugee and Immigration Services (CRIS); Kids Voting Ohio; WeRISE for Greater Westerville; and Support Ohio Schools. She also co-chaired the successful Westerville City Schools levy campaign in 2018.
